Photographed an amazing multi media dance performance Saturday called #Pearl Eternity. The life of Pulitzer Prize winning author, #Pearl S. Buck is one of the most fascinating and emotion filled cross cultural stories of the 20th Century.
#Pearl Eternity is a multimedia explosion of light, sound and movement presented by #Legend River Entertainment. It is told in five symbolic stages – Spring, River, Flower, Moon, Night – based on a famous poem written by Zhang Ruoxu, about the passing of human existence.
This highly charged dance interpretation of the coming together of two cultures “East meets West” is produced by renowned Chinese producer #Angela X. Tang and is directed and choreographed by multi-award winner #Daniel Ezralow.
I was so lucky to have had the company reach out to me to photograph both the rehearsal and the performance. What an amazing group of dancers who worked tiredlessly to prepare for the show in only one week.
